Click on the Leads tab to display your leads dashboard, where contact info for new leads will be stored. On this screen, you will also find the personalized URL and QR codes for each lead generation app or digital fact finder you subscribe to.
Creating Cases Directly from Leads
Once a new lead appears on your dashboard, click the App Used icon to walk through the site and review the data submitted by each user. Next, click the Create Case plus sign and select which app you’d like to import the data into. Any data collected by the lead generation tools will automatically be passed to your apps.
